On The Main Page

You have to log in to the SSO Rajasthan portal as a citizen with your SSO ID. Access the Rajasthan SSO Portal login page, enter your citizen SSO ID credentials, and log in.
Select deactivate account on the edit profile page to merge your independent account with the government employee account. In the profile settings, look for an option related to deactivating your account. This could be deactivating a citizen’s SSO ID or something similar.
Upon clicking the deactivation option, you may get a confirmation prompt asking if you want to merge your citizen ID with your government employee ID.
After clicking on deactivate account, you have to enter your mobile number and enter OTP type in the OTP received after clicking deactivate account. This will deactivate your independent account, and you will be redirected to another page.
After reaching the new page, you have to enter your active government SSO login ID and authorize merging the two accounts. For verification, you may need to enter your government employee SSO ID and password.
After entering your active government SSO ID, you will need to confirm to merge the two accounts. With this, all your SSO ID logins will be merged. Confirm the merge. Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the merging process; this may include confirmation of the deactivation of the citizen ID and the transfer of data to the government employee ID.
